Roast Beef Sandwich

We use the finest eye of round roast and slow cook it here. Sliced thin and placed on your choice of bread, we add cheddar cheese, tomatoes, crispy fried onions, lettuce, mayonnaise, and stone ground mustard.

Roast Turkey Sandwich

Real turkey breast meat is tied with butcher's twine and slow roasted in our ovens. Our special turkey is sliced thin then placed atop your choice of bread with Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, stone ground mustard, crisp lettuce and tomatoes. Served with cranberry chutney.

Albacore Tuna Sandwich

Albacore tuna, mayonnaise, crisp lettuce on your choice of Matt's bread.

Black Forest Ham Sandwich

Thin slices of black forest ham on our homemade bread. Served with best foods mayonnaise, yellow mustard, tomato slices, Swiss cheese and lettuce.

Seedy Vegetarian Sandwich

Cream cheese, sunflower seeds, zesty pumpkin seeds, apple slices, lettuce, carrots, and yellow cheddar on your bread selection.

Leafy Vegetarian Sandwich

Tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, sprouts, cucumbers, mayonnaise, mustard, and yellow cheddar on your choice of bread.

Chicken Salad Sandwich

Diced all white chicken breast, granny smith apples, golden raisins, chopped hazelnuts, and chopped celery, all tossed in a light curry dressing.

French Dip Sandwich

In house roasted beef thinly sliced and served piping hot with au-jus sauce on toasted French bread.

Black Bean And Barley Salad

Heart healthy whole grain barley, black beans, corn, and peas are combined with a lime-cilantro vinaigrette dressing. Garnished with tomatoes, avocados, and parmesan cheese.

Oregon Symphony Salad

Spring mix salad with imported Swiss cheese, hazelnuts, dried sweetened cranberries, diced granny smith apples, and Bartlett pears all gently tossed with our homemade lemon poppy seed dressing.

Tomato Montrachet Salad

Ripe tomatoes, purple onions, pesto, kalamata olives, olive oil, chopped parsley, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper all tossed with imported creamy goat cheese and placed on a bed of our house greens.

Beet And Roquefort Salad With Walnuts

Local beets are diced and combined with walnut oil, chopped walnuts, Roquefort cheese, sour cream, and salt and pepper.

Oregon Poached Salmon Salad

Poached pacific NW salmon, toasted hazelnuts, Oregon gorgonzola cheese, couscous, placed on a bed of greens lightly tossed with Raspberry vinaigrette.

Crunchy Shrimp Salad

Large Oregon Bay shrimp, bean sprouts, chopped celery, green onions, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, and chow mien noodles are tossed in a light ginger dressing. A wedge of lemon and Matt’s bread accompany this mainstay of Sam’s.
